Perfect Health and Well-Being
A Concise Introduction
There are a few foundational concepts that are worth outlining and bearing in mind, with regards to complete health and well-being, this is by no means an exhaustive description and more on each point can be expanded upon in greater detail if desired.
Let me first begin by saying, that everything is much simpler than you may think! So take advantage of the simplicity that’s built into the mechanics of creation and transformation. Your free to choose to allow it to be simple if you wish, though it's completely up to you, just know that there’s no need or benefit in over complicating things in this regard.
The Fundamental Requirements for Health and Well-being -
Air / Oxygen
Water / Hydration
Exercise / Movement
Stress Reduction / Letting Go
Detoxification / Cleansing
Nutrition / Light Diet
Sleep / Dreaming
Connection / Relationships
Creative Expression / Excitement
N.B. The first 6 relate directly to Physical health & well-being, the last 3 relate specifically to Psychological, Emotional and Energetic health & well-being, collectively all 9 together relate to Complete and Perfect health & well-being.
Air / Oxygen: preferably reside in a place where the air is clean, typically close to nature particularly trees either in the countryside or a city with multiple green spaces. I understand for many this may not always be possible, however at the very least you can perform regular deep breathing exercises to begin to consciously entrain the body to breathe more deeply and fully on a more permanent basis.
Water / Hydration: Drink at least 2 Quartz / Litres of clean water throughout the day, each day. If you don't consume enough water the bodies circuitry dries out and the energetic flow and overall functionality is inhibited. Our bodies are electromagnetic conceivers, receivers and transmitters, which rely heavily on water for conductivity. Not only for transporting physical constituents around the body but also for energetic communications within ourselves, between ourselves and the world around us.
Exercise / Movement: Remain active and fit whether that be through regular structured exercise sessions such as, Pilates or simply through daily physical activity such as walking or cycling to and from work or the shops. Movement is key to enable our cardiovascular system to pump oxygen and nutrients to reach all the areas of our bodies that need them the most along with removing waste that builds up throughout each day. The health of our many internal organs, which are often completely overlooked, is directly impacted by our ability to maintain a fluid and natural system of delivery and removal. It also allows the physical expression of individuals to remain youthful, supple and strong well into later years.
Stress Reduction / Letting Go: There are many ways to reduce stress, arguably the best form comes through taking action on whatever excites you the most in every given moment whilst holding zero expectations or insistence as to what you might think the outcome of the action aught to be. Combining this with transforming and or letting go of limiting belief systems and stressful situations from your life experience i.e. a job or relationship that no longer serves you, along with some form of simple meditational practice or symbolic ceremony can be very beneficial.
Detoxification / Cleansing: Clear the body of toxins, stimulants, heavy metals and chemicals that may have built up over time. The best way to do this is through a 100% Organic Herbal detox, a specific Vitamin C & MSM detox and a heavy metal detox of Cilantro and Chlorella (contact me for specific details on each). Along with consciously choosing to consume less foodstuffs and apply less substances to our skin that contain harmful chemicals and pathogens. This is important for the system to be able to heal, repair and function properly. When the body is fighting toxins, stimulants and chemicals that compromise its effectiveness, its functionality and ability to operate optimally is significantly reduced.
Nutrition / Light Diet: The consumption of food / nutrition that is lighter, both in terms of its nature and colour is beneficial. Typically, a lighter, more natural preferably organic diet that is either pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan are best for optimal health and well-being, however some individuals can operate well on a diet that include some animal products, this however is very much on a personal case by case basis. If you can tune into and allow your body to communicate what it needs and what it will benefit from having, from a place of conscious gratitude and abundance, you will create a natural, balanced and healthy relationship with food.
Sleep / Dreaming: Sleep and Dreaming are important for two main reasons, the first being physical rest and recovery and the second being non-physical reception, re-connection and integration. The first is necessary for physical growth and repair along with transformative shifts in our DNA from the template level. The second is necessary for us to operate and function effectively and remain focused within physical reality by reconnecting to the greater part of our being. Dreams are just as real a reality as this waking day dream we call life, by acknowledging their validity and consciously allowing them to play a more tangible role in our daily lives we can begin to live a waking dream of greater levels of awareness and personal fulfillment. Its best to allow yourself to go with the flow of your natural waking and sleeping patterns, without a rigid insistence or judgement around when you feel you should or should not be awake or asleep.
Connection / Relationships: Are crucially important for us to be able to feel connected to ourselves, others and creation as a whole. Without a strong sense of connection we can begin to feel separated and isolated which leads to other issues, particularly psychological. Healthy connections and relationships enable us to reflect, learn and grow in beneficial ways, they can come in many forms: a close friend, family member, a partner, a pet, an aspect of nature or a brief chance encounter. Fostering positive connections also benefits others directly, whether we‘re aware of the impact we have or not.
Creative Expression / Excitement: You are innately a creative being, we all need a creative expression and outlet for our power to express itself in beneficial and constructive ways. So . . . Sing, Cook, Paint, Dance, Write, Scultp, Act etc. Whatever it is that excites you the most to do and remember to have fun, be free and be playful with it. Incorporating our excitement, joy, love and passion into the equation is the best way to fully embody our creative potentiality whilst existing in physicality and allowing that energy to flow freely through us. Not only does it bring us joy and fulfilment, but also through our unique expression, brings others inspiration and upliftment too.
Solemn Requests and Genuine Thanks
Take a moment to truly remember who you are and what you have. Let go of and surrender all that you are not, so that you may be shown by the infinite who you were truly created to be, accept your true self unconditionally.
In a state of humble gratitude and appreciation, thank the infinite for all that you have and all that you are.
Remain in the present moment, do not long for the past or the future, be here and be now, for all that you seek is here and now.
In short, by letting go of all that you are not, you become aware of and can accept all that you truly are. By expressing and embodying all that you truly are, you place yourself in the proper state to receive and perceive all that you have always had, in the here and now.
This, is True Prayer.
Fasting . . .
A How To Guide
Ideally undertaken once a month, for a minimum of 24 hrs and up to 36 hrs will allow for a reset and re-balancing of the physical system on the cellular level. During fasts of 24 hrs + dormant cells are broken down, consumed and cleansed from the body and Stem Cells are activated into the re generation of new cells, returning the body to its original natural balanced blueprint so to speak.
Its important to drink plenty of water throughout the day ideally 2 quartz / litres. Preferably you would drink purified filtered water and purified filtered water with a high ionic trace mineral content i.e. with ionic trace minerals added via store bought concentrated mineral drops. Cycling / alternating these two types of water, for simultaneous purging and replenishing of the system at the same time as assisting in the displacement and removal of heavy metal build ups.
There are two main exercises you can do to aid and assist you to make the most of the fast, they are -
The Breath of Fire - 30 seconds of rapid breathing through the nose, with an emphasis on the exhalation allowing for the inhalation to occur naturally, followed by 5 minutes of quiet meditation. This helps to detox and nourish and oxygenate the body enabling you to go longer without food, along with expanding the consciousness. Cycling / alternating these periods of 30 secs breathing 5 minutes meditating can enhance its effects.
Meditation on the colour Yellow - This colour represents energy, earth and the colour of the solar plexus Chakra. Observing the colour and imagining you are digesting the vibration of the colour Yellow will enable you to nourish yourself energetically and connect deeply to the earth and remain more grounded.
It is best to break the fast at Breakfast unsurprisingly, ideally with bland fruits with low acidity levels, preferably in smoothie form, particularly effective are Apples, you can also include fruits like bananas, avocado's etc. Ideally eat these types of fruit for the first day after the fasting period to allow the system to gently re-engage with food.

Connecting with Extraterrestrial Beings
In order for me to connect with ET beings, I first need to adjust my frequency, to be a resonant match to such experiences.
I can do this accurately by imagining what it feels like to be an Extraterrestrial, who is in a state of joy, unconditional love, acceptance of all beings and seeking to make contact.
By imagining, feeling and embodying what it is to be this type of character, I place myself in the proper state of being, to begin to strengthen and perceive the telempathic links I already have with these beings, for I Know I am already in contact with them, since time is an illusion.
As this connection grows and as I become more aware of these beings and they of me, I can use this ability to actually signal a request for craft, to begin to emerge in my area.
The more I charge up, play with and embody the vibration, the more likely this becomes for me, for we always attract to us, that which we are already the vibration of.

The Story of Your Life!
We live in a world of stories, it’s a part of our consciousness, story form helps aid and assist us, in laying down the foundational template for our physical reality experiences.
Whether we know it or not we are constantly writing the story of our lives in real time. The more we can be aware of the stories we’re telling ourselves about ourselves, the better.
If ever I feel like the story I’ve written for myself, needs adjusting, I simply re-write it or create a new one altogether. I literally, take a pen and paper and write.
And so I begin, “Once upon a time. . . A Hero was born!” And so on, I write the story of me, the story of who I prefer to be. How do I look? How do I feel? How do I act? Where I go and why I live the life I do? It's entirely up to me. Whether it’s about the past, present or future, doesn’t really matter, but I always include the clear descriptions, definitions and beliefs that person holds about himself, his life and his reality.
I know this is all I’m doing anyway, I just make the process conscious and give myself the power to write it how I like, by doing it in this way.
Once I, the author, am happy with the story I’ve written for myself, all I need do then, is simply act that way. I follow the script, as the main character, in the reality I've set the story in.
In living out the story, I know that I don’t know how the entire story needs to play out, so I allow for twists and turns. But no matter what happens, I remain true to the essence of the person I’ve created.
I apply the meaning I prefer to my experiences as that character, I imbue the other characters in my story in the same way, along with the reality I create as well.
The story of our lives isn’t as solid and rigid as we may think, being creative, imaginative and malleable with our perspectives of ourselves and our realities, I feel can only be a positive and expansive thing.
The Essence of Mastery
Constantly and diligently train, embody and be how, what and who you desire to be, in action, remembering that you only become more of what you already are.
Perceive obscure things with clarity, whilst attaining deep and broad knowledge and wisdom of the subject through firsthand experience, applying them precisely and effectively.
Always keep the attainment of your ultimate goal / vision at the forefront of your mind, constantly focusing on its realisation, doing nothing aimlessly.
Discern accurately what is beneficial and what is detrimental in all things, do not get bogged down in small details, but instead become natural and balanced in your perception and actions. With a malleable attitude and an openness to change, accept what works and without a rigid bias or insistence on how things need to unfold, use any and all tools at your disposal with integrity to attain the results you desire.
Remain resolute, persistent and consistent to your goal / vision, trust in your ability, in all situations, to master and create advantage along the way, capitalising on it by acting with confidence and boldness, positive results and the realisiation of your vision will come naturally.
One Body - Three Minds . . .
Most people exist and operate soley from their head, we're all very familiar with the feeling of experiencing life from somewhere in our skull, just behind our eyes!
As humans, we all poses three centres of information processing in the body, each playing a very particular and specific role in our lives and experiences of reality.
These Three Physical Centres of Knowledge and Guidance are:
The Physical Mind - Location: The Brain
The Heart Mind - Location: The Heart
The Primordial Mind - Location: The Gut
Each plays a very specific role and has particular abilities that the others do not, in order for us to operate most effectively in the World, we need to understand the role of each and how we can access and make the most of them, allowing for greater harmony within ourselves.
The Physical Mind, operates on a foundation of logic, intelect and Thought, utilising Belief Systems that are self perpetuating and self sustaining, either positive or negative. Its main role is the interpretation and Perception of reality experience, nothing more!
The Heart Mind, on the other hand deals in images, visions and most notably Emotions. Recieving direct communications and inspirations from The Higher Mind (Non Physical) through energy, thus operating at a higher fequency level of Intuition, than The Physical Brain Mind is capable of.
The Primordial or Gut Mind however is of an even greater frequncy than even The Heart Mind. It's deeply connected to the fundamental building blocks of our physical reality, the minerals and elements that we and all life are literally made of. Its main function is Instinctual, hence the phrase "Trust Your Gut" and "Gut Instrinct". It operates on a level far beyond the idea of thought, something more akin to true Knowingness.
I personally believe that if we can acknowledge, access and make greater use of each of our Three Minds, we can live more Whole and Fulfilling Lives than ever before.

Making Positive Choices Your New Habit. . .
Firstly, let us define the difference between a Habit and a Choice -
A Habit is defined as “a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.” And is therefore by extension: • An Automatic Unconscious Action devoid of any Consideration of one's ability to Choose an alternative. • It is therefore by definition Limiting, Disempowering and Energetically Negative.
A Choice is defined as “an act of choosing between two or more possibilities.” And is therefore by extension: • A Conscious Action taken based on a Decision made with regard to the consideration of the pros and cons of all available options. • It is therefore by definition Expansive, Empowering and Energetically Positive. • Choice is our Greatest Power and Gift, without Choice we are not Free.
So if we desire Change it would be Preferable to Allow ourselves to Explore the Idea of Freedom of Choice through Conscious Decision.
Let's look at the Simplest Creation / Transformation Process

Know that once you make a Decision to be a certain way your reality Registers that change Across The Board, Even If you can’t yet see the change its Important that You Trust that everything has Shifted by Remaining Positive and Resolute by Taking the Actions of the Changed Self and Behaving as if your Already in That Reality.
Use your Imagination - • To See yourself doing that thing in every detail – where, when, how, with whom • To Feel what it's like to live that way in that reality as that version of you • And then Simply Be that you doing what they do, how they do it feeling what they feel, thinking what they Think and Getting the Results of Living that Life!
To Keep yourself On Track, it's Important to Understand your Motivation, why you desire the change and to Keep this Reason and the Image of the Vision you Desire to Manifest at the Forefront of Your Mind whenever you're in doubt in order to make the Positive Choice Obvious.
