What’s The Aim?
The aim is simple, to inform, inspire and empower meaningful and lasting positive change. So that you can ultimately realise, the vision for yourself and your life, that you say you truly desire.

What’s The Process?
The Programme is split into two phases -
Phase 1: 3 day in person mentoring in the Derbyshire, Peak District National Park, UK. Where we explore your wishes and desires, evaluate and optimise your current belief systems, emotions thoughts and actions. Establish, define and realise a clear, inspirational and achievable new vision for your health & well-being.
Phase 2: 12-month follow up consultation calls, ongoing pre-scheduled fortnightly remote 1 hour long follow up consultation calls. Where we assess and evaluate your progress, discuss and resolve any challenges you maybe facing and keep you on track to realising your vision of perfect health & well-being.
